¶ Overview
This is a driver to control and get feedback from the Mcintosh MHT300 Home Theater Receiver. The driver will get feedback of volume and sources.
¶ Supported Features
Heartbeat function to check if MX300 is alive.
- Main zone control
- Source settings
- Bass, Treble
- Trim for LFE, Surrounds, Heights, Center
- Subwoofer.
- Dirac EQ
- Any feature not specifically noted as supported should be assumed to be unsupported.
¶ Device Configuration
- Setup MHT300 static or Mac reservation
- Login to the GUI of the MHT300
- Go to system configuration, general setup make sure it has network selected ‘blue button’
- If you want the MHT300 to auto shut off then you can set the delay from here
- Before you install the driver make sure you setup Default volume settings this will put a max volume in the driver as well , so if you setup to only go to ‘47’ then Nice will only go to that setting real feedback of volume
¶ Driver Configuration
¶ Installation Process
It is recommended that you follow the below installation process to ensure you are running the latest version of the driver.
Go to Media, Zoone Controlles, Add new Zone, Choose McIntosh300, and click Import
You will see all inputs the MHT300 has and one Zone, the Main Zone.
¶ Using The Driver
In the Zone Settings Interface, you will see Bass, Treble, Trim for LFE, Surrounds, Heights, Center,sUBWOOFER.
