Big Dog Overview

This is a driver to control and get feedback from the Big Dog Power 12 + 1 Power Distribution Device.  The driver is capable of controlling the on / off functions of each individual outlet.  The driver will also poll to keep track of events that happen outside of Elan.  The driver is also capable of turning on and off the Output on the device.
